How to join the tour

    View transit tour details on this page, click 'Book Tour' and access the Incheon International Airport website.

    After checking the transit tour and course information, please make reservations through 'Tour Reservation.'
    * Please make reservations after confirming the day and terminal number of the tour.

    Visit the Transit Tour Registration desk on the 1st floor after immigration clearance. * All participants must arrive 30 minutes before the tour starts.

  • All tours are on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All tours are offered free of charge excluding admission fee.

  • Visitors who are eligible to enter Korea can join the tour.

  • Participants arriving at the concourse must reach the registration desk at Terminal 1 & 2 by taking the shuttle train at basement level.

  • Tour programs are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Each tour quota will be priortized to participants reserved via online.

  • Korea immigration does not allow multiple entries during one single trip to Korea.

  • As a tour service provider, we cannot engage in any personal immigration-related matters which are under the jurisdiction of Korea Immigration Office.

  • You can purchase travel insurance at the registration desk that fits your needs.

  • How do I sign up for a tour?

  • Participants can register online in advance or visit the main registration desk on the 1st floor with travel documents. All participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
  • Are all transit tours free of charge?

  • Generally, they are offered for free but some additional fee such as admission fees and experience fees may occur depending on the tour. Details can be found on each tour information page.

  • Please avoid transferring to the Departure on the 3rd floor, instead rush to the registration desk on the 1st floor after passing through the immigration process.

  • If participants do not show up for their online reservations, those seats will be available starting 30 minutes before the tour.
  • Can I use luggage storage facilities?

  • Participants can leave their luggage at the Free Korea Transit Tour desk before joining the tour. However, all luggage must be picked up by 18:00.
  • Do you provide items to deal with bad weather?

  • Incheon International Airport provides umbrella on a rainy day and warm jacket in winter season.

  • As long as your flight schedule allows, you are welcome to explore Korea as much as you desire. However, we suggest you to consult your tour guide in advance. We recommend you arrive at the airport at least a few hours prior to the departure to avoid unexpected congestion.

  • If participants do not show up at the last meeting point on time, they are responsible for transit back to Incheon International Airport and the entire liability goes to the participant.
  • Is the "No-Visa Entry Policy for Foreigners in Transit" operating?

  • The "No-Visa Entry Policy for Foreigners in Transit" is currently temporarily suspended due to COVID-19, and a K-ETA approval is required in order to participate in the transit tour.
    Visitors who could enter Korea without a visa before are also required to get the K-ETA approval now.
    (Nationals of visa-free entry countries who are eligible to apply K-ETA, must obtain K-ETA approval before boarding the flight or vessel. Please be aware that the assessment can take more than 72 hours due to unexpected increase of applications. Therefore, please apply for the K-ETA with sufficient time in advance.)

    The validity period of K-ETA is 2 years from the date of authorization. The approval of K-ETA does not guarantee admission to the Republic of Korea. The Korea Immigration Service officer at a port of entry will have the final determination.

  • Q-CODE is a quarantine information pre-entry system established by the Korean Division of Chronic Disease Control to prevent various diseases and to ensure safety of visitors to Korea. Regardless of the purpose of visit such as tourism, visiting family, etc., anyone, including Koreans and foreigners, entering Korea can shorten quarantine inspection time by submitting their quarantine information on Q-CODE prior to boarding. Mandatory information include a valid passport, valid email address, valid plane ticket, and personal health information.

  • No, usually PCR test is not required when entering Korea. However, this requirement is subject to change, please confirm related issues in advance.
