- Yes, you can make a reservation for the tour offered by the Incheon International Airport at the K-Stopover registration desk. However, keep in mind that reservations made on-site are not eligible for the discount.

- If you were unable to participate in the K-Stopover Tour regardless of the reason, will be processed based on the refund policy.

Is there a minimum number of partisipants for each K-Stopover Tour programs?
- The minimum number of participants for the Self-guided and Package Tour varies by program. Please refer to K-Stopover.com for the minimum participants for each program.

How many hours is required to participate in the K-Stopover Tour program?
- The current promotional K-Stopover Tour program itself takes minimum 6 hours. We recommend you to secure at least two hours before and after the tour for immigration processes of entering and departing Korea

What is K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization)?
- K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) is an online electronic travel authorization that visa-free foreign visitors need to obtain before boarding on a plane or a vessel to Korea. In case of Thailand, applying for K-ETA is available through relevant website or an app before participating in K-Stopover Tour (minimum 72 hours prior to). (*Please refer to the K-ETA banner below)

What is Q-CODE (Quarantine Information Pre-Entry System)?
- Q-CODE is a quarantine information pre-entry system established by the Korean Division of Chronic Disease Control to prevent various diseases and to ensure a safety in Korean tourism. Regardless of the purpose of visit such as tourism, visiting family, etc., anyone, including Koreans and foreigners, entering Korea can shorten quarantine inspection time by submitting their quarantine information on Q-CODE prior to boarding. Mandatory information include a valid passport, valid email address, valid plane ticket, and personal health information.

How can I get to the city from the airport terminals?
- If you are participating in K-Stopover Tour, transportation (bus) will be provided. If you are traveling by yourself, you can take the airport express bus or subway, a regular bus, subway, taxi and etc.

Is there free WIFI at Incheon International Airport?
- Yes, Incheon International Airport offers free WIFI throughout the airport, and offers an internet area with PC provided. In order to use the free WIFI, log into 'Airport WIFI' with your laptop (with WLAN) or a smartphone.
